Frequently asked questions about Installation and deployment
Does the quote cost anything?
When you drop off your device we charge €40 + VAT in advance for labour and diagnosis. That amount is deducted from the fixed quote we send you before repairing.
Do you collect devices from home?
We do not collect from homes or provide in-home service. You can bring your device to our Valdemoro workshop, leave it at an authorised PickUp point in your area or send it to the workshop.
Does installing Windows from scratch erase the drive?
Yes. To start from scratch we format the drive, so save anything you want to keep beforehand.
Do you install the drivers?
Yes. We add the drivers your computer needs to the installation so everything works from the first start.
Can you set up several computers the same way?
Yes. We prepare one, capture its image and replicate it on the others.
