These terms govern the purchase of products from the catalogue of BTSCOMET S.L., trading under the name «Soporte Informático 360». By confirming an order you accept the conditions set out in this document.

2. Prices and taxes
All catalogue prices are shown in euros including VAT. Each product page also shows the price excluding VAT and, where applicable, the digital levy. Prices and availability are updated daily from our distributor and may change without notice; the applicable price is the one in force when the order is confirmed.
3. Shipping costs
- Shipping cost: 5,95 € per order.
- Free shipping: on orders of 100,00 € or more.
- Delivery area: España.
Shipping costs are calculated on the total cart amount including VAT and are shown before you confirm the payment.
4. Delivery time
The usual delivery time is 3 to 5 working days from payment confirmation, including order preparation and courier transit. Orders are prepared Monday to Friday. If a product is delayed by the distributor, we will notify you by email.
5. Payment methods
We accept card payments through the secure Redsys · BBVA gateway and payments via Bizum. For Bizum, we process the order and call you by phone to complete the payment.
6. Right of withdrawal and returns
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November.
- How to request it: write to us at soporte.valdemoro@soporteinformatico360.com stating the order reference. We will confirm the return address.
- Return method: shipping by courier to our address.
- Return costs: are paid by the buyer, who covers whatever the courier they choose charges. If you prefer us to arrange the collection, we will deduct 5,95 € from the amount to be refunded.
- Product condition: must be returned complete, with all its accessories and in its original packaging.
- Refund: is made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned product.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons and have been unsealed after delivery, nor to software, digital content or licences whose seal has been opened.
7. Warranty
All products are new and come with the three-year legal guarantee of conformity provided for in Spanish consumer law, unless the manufacturer offers a longer period. The guarantee covers any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery and is processed through our technical service.
8. Product reviews
Ratings published on product pages come from registered customers and are reviewed before publication. We do not publish our own or paid ratings, and we do not remove negative reviews unless they breach regulations or contain third-party personal data.
