How do we repair it?
We repair at component level: we pinpoint exactly what has failed on the board and work only on that part.
We inspect the board
We examine the board under the microscope for burnt components, swollen capacitors, corrosion or damaged traces.
We measure and diagnose
Using measuring equipment, we check voltages and components until we find the source of the fault.
We replace the component
We replace the damaged component through soldering or micro-soldering and repair traces and connectors.
We test the device
We reassemble the device and check that it works properly before returning it.
Repair the board or replace it
Replacing a whole board is usually expensive and sometimes impossible if the device is no longer made. Repairing the component is almost always the best option.
