How long does it take you to repair a computer?

It depends on the fault. After the diagnosis we give you a specific timeframe; many common repairs are delivered within 24–48 working hours.

Does the quote cost anything?

No. The diagnosis comes with no obligation and we always give you a fixed written quote before we start.

Do you collect devices from home?

We do not offer home collection. You can send your device to our office in Valdemoro or drop it off at an authorised PickUp point near you, and we will return it ready to use.

Can you recover data from a drive that won’t boot?

In many cases, yes, both on HDDs and on SSD and NVMe drives. We analyse the drive and inform you before taking any action.

What warranty do repairs have?

Every repair we carry out is backed by a warranty. If something isn’t right, we check it again.

Do you also work with businesses?

Yes. We have a specific service for businesses with maintenance, priority support and different terms.
